Health centers bring health care services closer to a community, i.e., to the barangay, and offer first aid, maternal and child health care, and other basic health services relating to communicable diseases. There are a total of 28 Health Centers in all of the seven (7) Barangays in Cainta. One (1) super Health Center is under construction in Barangay San Juan and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024.

Cainta also operates a Social Hygiene Clinic located at the Liwasang Bayan, A. Bonifacio Ave. (across Our Lady of Light Church), which provided free HIV and other tests for free.
