ATTY. ELEN DUNGO NIETO

MAYOR

Atty. Elen is on her first term as Mayor, having succeeded her husband in 2022. She was engaged in the practice of law and was a human resources practitioner prior to her stint as Mayor. She holds the distinction of being Cainta’s first female Mayor.

ACE BERNARDO SERVILLON

VICE MAYOR

Ace Servillon is a two-term Vice Mayor, having served as such in 2019 with Mayor Keith Nieto, and again in 2022 with Mayor Elen Nieto.

He is also a former councilor, having served three (3) consecutive terms, in 2010, 2013 and 2016. During his term as councilor, he headed the following committees:

MAYOR KIT P. NIETO

MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR

Mayor Kit Nieto, now the Municipal Administrator, was a 3-term Mayor having served consecutively in 2013, 2016 and 2019.

Mayor Kit will be credited for bringing Cainta to the status of the richest Municipality in the Philippines during his 9-year term. Along with this, Cainta was also recognized as the Overall Most Competitive Municipality by the National Competitiveness Council for the years 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021. It was also cited as ranking 1st place in Government Efficiency, Economic Dynamism and in Infrastructure for the same years.
